Worked with Municipal corporations on Covid impact assessment and response model in different cities. Critical project and an on going engagement.

SYSTEM RATIONALISATION

Worked with a large telecom giant in London , for assessing large number of systems and rationalizing them on to a new business and system stack

PEOPLE INTENSITY REDUCTION

Worked with a large enterprise on cost reduction by analysing existing business processes, removing non value added processes, automating some and ensuring reduction of manpower via all of this.

SHARED SERVICES MODEL DESIGN

Merger of two IT giants led to an integrated services model. Worked on analysing the synergies between the two organizations and suggesting a shared services model.
